Christmas and New Year's Eve

This was the best Christmas ever! I am so very blessed with an amazing husband, two precious boys and great families! Tyson and Tanner made this Christmas so special. Tyson especially loved everything about Christmas this year and for those of you that know me..this made my day! They both loved the tree and actually neither one of them bothered it or the presents. I couldn't believe it! Tanner loved to sit in front of it and point at it. Tyson named our Elf on the shelf, "Berry Special." We had fun finding Berry everyday. We made lots of Christmas cookies and watched every Christmas movie available I think:) I love a holiday and this one was the best!

I am very thankful that both of our families live close so we were able to spend Christmas with everyone!

Tanner was not a Fan of Santa this year...Poor thing!

Thanksgiving and Tanner's Birthday

My sweet Tanner turned one on November 22nd. I can't believe how fast this year went by.  He is not walking but a very crawler. He will cruise some but really not interested right now. He is a very happy little guy. He loves to laugh and smile! We had a party for him on Sunday the 20th.

On his Actual birthday, we went to flowood park

Tanner is always right behind Tyson...and they are always in to something:)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Tyson is such a big boy now. I wish I could record all the cute things he says and does.  One of his favorite things to say is, "Thank you very much."  The boys are starting to play more together but sometimes Tyson things that mommy should put Tanner in Time out or just hold him. He loves to say, "Mama hold Tanner." Which means Tanner is bugging me:)

Here are a couple of Tanner's one year pics by Amy Johnson! I am so thankful for Amy and all the pics she has taken of my boys. You can view the rest on our her website...http://agjohnsonphotography.com/index2.php  client proofing- Tanner

Halloween Fun!

Tyson has had so much fun wearing his Fireman costume! I think they were the cutest Fireman and Policeman around. We went trick or treating in our neighborhood and then went over to some friends house. The boys had a blast!

A rough hug! Happy Halloween!

Fall Fun!

Our fall has been filled with so much fun! Marc and I have been going to all of the MSU games and we took the boys last week to the South Carolina Game. They did great! Tyson watched the entire game. He loved it! He rang his cowbell and tried to cheer the bulldogs on to a victory.  We celebrated my birthday October 6th. I had a great birthday week! My sweet friends took me out to eat on Tuesday night, Marc and I took the boys  to the Fair on Wednesday night, Thursday night (my actual birthday) my mom came in town and we played and shopped after school and then we all went to the Northwest Homecoming parade and out to eat. Mom took the boys to Philly and Marc and I had date night Friday night at Ruth Chris. What a great week!

Tanner turned 11 months old yesterday. I can not believe he is about to be one. He is full of life and so happy! This sweet boy loves to smile and laugh. He loves to sing real loud and make all kinds of noices.  His favorite words are "Bye, Bye" and "Da Da." He is now speed crawling and into everything. I thought he might be our calm one but not the case:)  He will cruise behind his walker and pull up on everything but not real interested in walking yet. He loves Tyson and loves to try to play with anything he is playing with or if Tyson is climbing or into something he is right there beside him. I can tell I have some crazy years ahead but would not have it any other way.

Tyson is 2 1/2 and so fun right now. He loves anything boy..trucks, digging, football, baseball.  He is always saying the funniest things. The other day he told Marc to sit by him and after Marc sat down he said, "Good boy." He sat down by me the other day and said, "So, how was your day?" of course then off he went but it was sweet. One of his favorite new words is Goodness Gracious. Can't imagine where he heard that..ha!  He loves Tanner but he is having a hard time now that Tanner wants to play with all of his toys. However, he will get Tanner to play chase with him or get him to play in his tent with him. It is sweet:)

Oh how I miss summer....

We had the best summer! Haven't posted since June because we were just having too much fun to get on the computer! I can truly say this summer with my boys has been the best ever and I know they will just keep getting better! I went back to school August 3rd and it was very hard to say Good Bye to summer but I am so blessed to be a teacher and have all this time home with them!  I love my 3 new classes because we are team teaching this year and I also love running out the door and picking up my boys in the afternoon. My boys are staying with a sweet teacher friend that retired last year and it has been amazing! They have so much fun! They are always taking walks, playing outside and have even taken a field trip to the fire station and to my school.

I have now been back to school for about 3-4 weeks and I have visited the after hours clinic for the boys 3 times..ha! Luckily nothing serious but every time they are even a little sick it makes me even more thankful for my healthy boys. It is so sad to see them sick but I do love the extra love I get from them:)
We spent our summer playing with friends, going to Mamaws house and just hanging out in the back yard with all of our redneck pools:) Fourth of July we went to the beach with Marc's family. Tyson had a blast digging and playing in the sand. Tanner was so good at the beach. He would just play in his little pool and took most of his naps on the beach under the tent. I am so glad my boys love the sand so far because I am a beach bum! Of course we ended the summer with a bang at the Neshoba County Fair! Tyson made sure he was covered in head to toe red dirt daily. He had a blast!

Tanner turned 8 months on July 22nd and he started crawling the day before. This was just in time for the Neshoba County Fair so he could get good and dirty! Now he is everywhere..crawling and  pulling up. He just turned 9 months this week.  He is the sweetest little thing and loves to smile. He has the biggest smile that will make your heart melt! Just this week he started say, "Da, Da" and will even wave good bye in his own little way:) He loves to babble up a storm.  As I am typing this he is trying to get in the fireplace...these boys!! I thought one of my boys would be layed back...did not happen:) Check out Tanner's 9 month pics

Tyson is almost 28 months. He is still all boy. He is obsessed with firetrucks, dumptrucks...any kind of truck and climbing. He even has to sleep with his truck books at night! I wish I could type all of the funny things he says and does because it is daily. For instance today I was singing along with the show he was watching and said, "Stop singing mom." Not very sweet but it was pretty funny because I can't sing:)  Of course, as his mom I think he is so smart. He remembers everything!

I love watching both of the boys grow but I wish they would slow down:)

Tanner Loving his first trip to the Beach!

Tyson loves the sand! More places to dig:)
